No matter what example I choose, sw_emu (make run TARGET=sw_emu PLATFORM=$AWS_PLATFORM all passes successfully but hw_emu (make run TARGET=hw_emu PLATFORM=$AWS_PLATFORM all) hangs and never finishes.
