lib/Arduino_GFX directory is empty so the Arduino_GFX* examples fail to build #1

Installing "GFX Library for Arduino" by "Moon On Our Nation" version 1.4.0 (latest) using the IDE Library manager fixes the problem. All the ArduinoGFX* examples work fine now.
