What is SwiftNetworkGear?

SwiftNetworkGear will provide various functions about network. It was originally written as a part of SwiftCGIResponder.

SimpleHTTPConnection

There is a type named SimpleHTTPConnection that doesn't depend on URLSession but directly use libcurl as its backend.
