RNA-seq data without replicate #15

Hello,

I am trying to identify time-dependent genes using the time series RNA-seq data with only one sample per each time point (there are about 20 time points which are not equally spaced), and wonder if this package is available for the analysis of the dataset without replicate.

Hi @nachoryu, yes, approaches that define continuous function of time are applicable for this scenario! So you can use it as is!

Hi, I am also trying to do something similar with about 10 time points and I can't seem to do so. When I use runImpulseDE2() I get the following error:

Is there anything I can do to use this package without replicates?
