PackageNotFoundError on environment creation. #32

Attempting to create a new environment after cloning the repo results in the following output:

Is there an issue with the platform (win-64), or some other reason that none of these packages seem to be available?

I see that #9 mentions that the dependencies are written out for Linux. Has anyone built out the requirements to install for Windows?
