如果考虑自动替换前缀的话可以参考https://github.com/EtherDream/freecdn这个项目

添加了新功能，允许自定义 vendors.host，以更改不同 CDN 起始路径（由于 cdn.jsdelivr.com 在国内已被污染，建议改为使用 https://fastly.jsdelivr.com/npm/。）

感谢您的贡献，但我认为 v1.9.3 的做法更为通用。
