Hello Yurii.

This is a proposal for improvement.

It's a good practice in the development to add instructions how to start the application locally. Usually this is added to the README.md file which should be located in the root.

It should contains all the steps that other engineers should follow to start the application locally.

At least it can be enhanced with the steps like, run db with docker compose, configure open.Api key and probably smth should be also configured with the client id mentioned in the previous issue :)
