Cross Origin Troubles ::: MASDAP and GDACS #24

The get feature request for layers from gis-malawi.com only work with crossOrigin : "" - whereas for layer from other WMS it is necessary that this property is missing completely

--> it seems that MASDAP has not properly set CORS

=> Update 30 September 2020:

Wait for 1-2 weeks for MASDAP activating CORS.
If this doesn't happen, set up a proxy server directly on the gis-malawi server.

CORS is meanwhile activated, however the MASDAP server still does not support HTTPS and there for only images and no "active content" like JSON can be used. This can be followed on this issue: https://github.com/MalawiGeospatialTools/masdap/issues/51
