I'd move Spanish Fork north and west just a bit, there are some decent spawn points just outside those boundaries.

I'm honestly not sure how far south to go in Spanish Fork. It might even be better to expand it a bit more north and west so that Walmart and Costco areas are included and the sports park, where Dratini sometimes spawns. Something like:

Maybe to 8800 S/Powerhouse Rd? That way the river bottoms are covered.
