I see that Layton is on the hot spot list to be made, but no orders were in yet. This map is East Layton and it includes Hobbs Reservoir which is a hotspot for rare Pokemon in Layton.

I edited this border to follow one I found in the requests for #ut-kaysville-east. It was basically that border, but missing two rows of streets.
