Add derived compilation mode and add option to run with silent argument #7

This change removes the need of the platformio-setup-compile-buffer function by enforcing that set up in it's own derived mode without affecting global compilation mode settings.

Didn't know about making your own compilation mode. Neat.

Could I get you to make a quick edit just to keep things consistent? On lines 48 & 53, just change the platformio capitalization to "PlatformIO".

Other than that looks great.
