Appearance of duplication level warn after trimming #16

When we doing QC before trimming to check our data quality, we figured out that we have only one warn "per base sequence quality", but "Sequence Duplication Levels" and "Overrepresented sequences" are slightly abnormal. After trimming, " per base seq quality" and overrepresented seq" became normal, but " seq duplication levels" became very unusual

Depend on fastqc documentation, in RNA-Seq, it is common to find a high duplication levels due to high expressed transcripts
