Downloading GFF3 instead of GTF from Ensembl #4

When we tried to download specified chromosome as " chromosome 6 or 15 annotation file " as gtf format from Ensembl we found that the file with full annotation data not specified for chromosome 6 so we headed for donwloading it as GFF3 file instead as GFF3 file branching into sub files with all chromosome id
