At the beginning we started working on the whole genome file then we switched to using chromosome 6 after checking the abstract of the Biosample we have obtained our data from. We assumed that were targeting ESR-1 gene and after search we found it's located on forward strand of chromosome 6, but after more reading to abstract as there is no published paper yet we decided to targeting NR2F2 transcription factor that located in chromosome 15
