Agenda viewer should not display empty tracks #37

PyCon 2016 has two tracks for the first two days, but three tracks for the last day (https://pycon.sg/schedule/). The viewer side should be able to hide the third track on the first two days where there are no sessions in the track.

this does not affect the UI too much and takes quite a lot of logic to write, so postponing this to later milestone.
