Show public agenda URL after publishing agenda #46

I think this should be done via a modal. When clicked on the modal will inform the user of what 'publishing' the agenda will actually do. After the agenda is published it'll list the public link.

agree it should show a modal first. since i implemented the publish button, i just assign myself. do u think it's better to show the public link under event settings with other agenda details?

I was thinking of how Google Docs does it, actually.

Don't call it sharing, obviously
