[FEATURE] API for calling automations from a system-agnostic ambient

There are some systems that will not be supported because it is not possible, like the custom system builders where it is impossible to predict what the user will use, and because of that there must API methods that let the user call automations, passing the options that would be extracted from the system and/or item.
