Add Panzerschreck stats #15

Add Panzerschreck stats.

Beware : on Wii the game doesn't expect these columns by default, so the accurancy isn't shown with a '%'. Maybe it could be fixed with CT%d=<column-type> of +snp as per the documentation, but I couldn't get it to work.
