The game closes the connection during/after the SSL Handshake.

PPSSPP infrastructure mode is still not fully supported, so it could be the issue, we'll have to wait for news on this or find someone with a Physical PSP.

PPSSPP infrastructure mode is the issue. Maybe it will be fixed at some point.
The current working platforms are :

PSP
Adrenaline emulator on PS Vita
JPCSP emulator (doesn't work well with the game but it's enough for testing as it supports infrastructure mode)
PPSSPP infrastructure mode (linux only)

Edit : The problem is only on the Windows's version of PPSSPP infrastructure mode build
