Support GSET and RANK packets

A gset packet is used to indicate a change on the game params (most likely occuring on a map rotation) This requires to :

• End the game
• Create a new game based on GSET attributes

A rank packet is used to collect the stats of the game. This requires to :

• Parse attributes
• Store data in database
