Story As a user, I should be able to log in and see my data

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] V0.2 Mockups Created
• [ ] V0.2 UI Components
• [ ] Login and success routes exist
• [ ] User creation API endpoint exists
• [ ] Authentication API endpoint exists
• [ ] Authentication architecture determined (where auth check, where tokens stored, model for user, model for auth)
• [ ] Auth failure case handled
• [ ] Database stores users
• [ ] Database stores user auth tokens
• [ ] login screen (oauth2 sign up with google)
• [ ] success screen
• [ ] routing to direct between screens
• [ ] all users have the same data to start with, so ml can use the same model for all users, and we technically only have one user creating the data currently
• [ ] anyone who visits the page and clicks to log in with google, gets their own user account
• [ ] we have a plan for not deleting user accounts (or deleting them)

Depends on:

Relates to: Basic login flow, like our google accounts on Moodle login screen -> approve google -> redirect to success screen (which can be chart screen)
