In a nutshell, clarifying and prioritizing and cleaning the backlog to help sprint planning meetings run efficiently and effectively.

• Remove unnecessary/duplicate tickets
• Ensure all backlog tickets conform to story guidelines Ensure all backlog tickets:
  • have a p1, p2, or p3 priority
  • are assigned to correct version (v0.0, v0.1, v0.2, etc)
  • conform to story writing guidelines (if not, update them, or ask their creator to in slack)
• Sort backlog tickets in order of priority so we can go through them efficiently during meetings
