Corrected file location in install.py #3

Da corrected locations of req.txt and pip.txt

Thanks for the pull but the location of install.py is same as the req.txt and pip.txt which means this pull might not work unless we change the location of install.py to main folder !

Ah da. But I was the impression that we usually install with command "python install/install.py"? i got sidetracked when n0where.net gave me the wrong link and wrong path! https://n0where.net/owasp-top-10-security-scanner-webxploiter/
