Fatal conflict with "Pause Renewal Actions" plugin #74

Both plugins are trying to load the same class to stop renewal actions. We should protect against that.

I'm closing this issue since PR #76 fixed it and has been tested by @NickGreen.

Feel free to reopen it if it needs further work.
