Description

This PR closes #245 #308 and rearranges things a bit

Changes

Explicitly creates the navigation menu for better control
Splits data valuation doc into 4 documents
Moves the changelog together with the api docs
Adds links to the institute, twitter and linkedin
Fixes several typos
Uses a consistent notation
Fixes links to api within notebooks
Updates the bibliography
