Defining prediction timepoints #12

Closed Malytherin closed 3 years ago

Malytherin commented 3 years ago

Hello again,

I now have 2 different groups I would like to compare the microbial features for overtime. I have fecal bacteria for two groups of cats with 6 individuals in each group over 6 days (12 total individuals split between two groups (A and B)).

Group A - Day 0 ,1 ,2, 3, 4, 5 (for n = 6 cats) Group B - Day 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (for n = 6 other cats)

n.group = 2 n.sample = 6 n.timepoints = 6

I am having difficulty understanding how to define the prediction timepoints. Could you please clarify this a bit for me?

Thank you for your time!

Sincerely, Morgan
