Description

Small bug fixes and improvements in embeds for Dollar 1.1.4

Changes

Added !shutdown for @aaronrai24 usage only to properly terminate Dollar. Ends all asynchronous tasks and closes connection to DB.
Added send_embed and send_embed_error for general and consistent embedding
Minor bug fixes
