Added option to allow expand battery lifespan by reducing max battery charge to 80%

hrm, it looks like the SMT code got mixed up into this PR

let me think about whether I'd want to add this to SDTDP.

I intended on SDTDP to handle just CPU/GPU controls, and leave other stuff like fan controls, battery limits, etc, to other plugins.

It's what I did for the Legion Go with LegionGoRemapper

Perhaps a more generic "Handheld Companion"-style universal plugin might be the way to go :thinking:
