Main electronics (Arduino, Data logger, GSM modem etc) should be stuck down to a board with hot glue or screwed on so that layout and wires can be kept tidy.
A new box will be needed to make space for this. Think about how much of a pain it is to open and close... look at the current box for a horrible example and look at kitty/dewi's boxes for a nice example
