Create a doc describing the process of using the example apps test builds in TestFlight

Once 447 is done, we'll need a short document that will explain to the internal testers how they can get access to the test builds of example apps in TestFlight. So:

1. Who do they need to ask for creating an account in App Store Connect and then for an invitation to the internal testers group
2. How and where people responsible for creating accounts can create those accounts, what roles should they assign to the testers etc. This could perhaps be a separate document, since it's not a step for potential testers, but rather people managing access for them.
3. How can the testers use the TestFlight app itself to download and use test builds.

Attached 2 pdf docs with instructions on how to get/provide access to the test builds.

Please note that since we still aren’t sure who’s going to be managing the testers (creating accounts, providing access to the internal testers group etc.), I’ve mentioned that users should message the “designated person/people” instead. I’ll update those docs once it’s clear who will be taking care of that part. Also please let me know if some steps need more clarification - as a developer who’s been working with App Store Connect/Testflight for years some things that need more clarification may seem obvious to me.
