Get the subscriber `NetworkConnectivityTests` passing #540

This relates to the tests added in https://github.com/ably/ably-asset-tracking-swift/issues/539. Once we’ve implemented that task, we should add a table here of all the tests that needed to be skipped since they were failing. The aim is that once we have completed all of the Android 1.6.3 work that we’ll start mid-Feb 2023, these tests will be passing. There is a large unknown though, which is whether we’ll uncover any ably-cocoa bugs that could be causing these tests to fail.

This task is completed when none of these tests need to be skipped.
