Keep context menu open after moving app up or down #22

When moving an app, you might well want to move it many slots. It's currently quite cumbersome, and I think it would be much easier if the menu remained open after each move - it's sufficiently obvious that you can shut it by tapping outside the menu when you're done.

On rufferson's beta you can open the context menu with a tap, rather than hold, making this redundant.
