Add it as a separate quality control measure A log can be added to the QA folder showing which channels were chopped off Can be done after blech_common_average_reference This might be something so important that blech_process confirms that the user is aware of this before continuing

Can also add it to blech_clust since channels are being read there anyay. Can have the read_channel functions call cutoff checker
