Feature request: Ruby-switcher agnostic #9

Current, inline_forms expects RVM to be installed at inline_forms-2.21/bin/inline_forms:99. Perhaps a better expectation would be that the current ruby is the correct version, and to create the .ruby-version file if it doesn't exist.

If you would send a pull request, I'd look at it and possibly merge.
