cv-cat: long-help missing? #52

--help does not cover the filter options. Used to be a --long-help option, which apparently has disappeared .

In turn, I can't see any help about the new thumb option, which is the subject of another ticket..

works on my machine:

cv-cat --help --verbose cv-cat -h -v

sorry, my bad - I didn't notice it change from --long-help to -v. -v is better.
