This repository contains all public documents pertaining to the ACM Transactions on Computing Education journal, its infrastructure, and its policies. Normally, a journal's backend processes would be kept private, but the current journal editor-in-chief (Amy J. Ko) believes strongly in transparency. So if you're a past, present, or future author, reviewer, associated editor, or EiC, feel free to review everything in this repository and send questions to Amy about any of it's contents. You're also welcome to submit issues or file pull requests if you have requests or recommendations.
