Running sudo bash install.sh should create an up-to-date-ish build of the ACMEPaaS stack in /usr/local/acmepaas. We could use Chef or something, but @fizx wants to keep this more approachable, so idempotent bash script it is.

You should start with a fresh 64bit Ubuntu 13.04 image. If you're on EC2, we recommend ami-c30360aa.
