Save in specific location #5

Hi Dimitris,

I have edited the write_data function to allow to save output files in a specific folder. If nothing is provided in the opts dict, it should keep saving in the temp location.

Let me know what you think and it needs specific edits, Thanks! Mathieu

Yep, it was a typo. It is now corrected.
