fix the whitespace removal on RTD badge #110

Those {%- and %} to trim whitespace are confusing. ;-)

I also notice that the RTD Badge would have been included if docs was "no" and fixed that as well.

No so much nesting but trimming or leaving whitespace in JINJA templates. I had never seen it before I dug into this myself. https://jinja.palletsprojects.com/en/2.11.x/templates/#whitespace-control
