Fix the missing jquery issue #223

Same issue, same fix as: https://github.com/adafruit/circuitpython/pull/7799 It works for my repositories. All of Adafruit libraries will have to be updated I believe ?

So I got that wrong, the issue seems to be some version pinning in older created docs or something. The bug actually doesn't happen for my newly created library, while that fix works for my older library.
