This also cleans up some templating around the library prefix and company. The README now explains each template prompt.

Thought it'd be good to get you reviewing this because it covers the library side of the new build stuff.

I don't have a great story for the capitalization. I added a comment to the README that one should look everything over including capitalization and TODOs.
