GUI should:

[x] Allow User to view stream of video frames as provided by the OpenFlexure
[x] Allow the user to vary parameters of image enhancement
[ ] Allow the user to enable image analysis/classification
[ ] Allow user to show hide separate control/gallery panels
[x] User can set note
[x] Change name of window from MainWindow to cellUview
[x] Gray out/hide motor controls if not plugged in

@mlsalloum to assist with getting window showing previous captures, enlarged with settings upon a click. Option to restore settings from the previous capture. Restore settings from last capture to be removed (but a set/restore default button could be made tbd)

@n0ob1243 I moved all the other gallery issues in here. You can tick the boxes and then close the issue once the GUI is merged.
