Update clj oauth version #65

Update clj-oauth dependency to most recent version.

The current dependency [clj-oauth 1.51] conflicts with libraries, for example buddy, that uses more recent bouncycastle jars.

This was leapfrogged by 0388e8ec ([clj-oauth "1.5.1"] -> [clj-oauth "1.5.5"]). Closing.
