Instead of having a monorepo we decided to have a repo for each app (be that frontend, backend, fetcher, processor etc).
This makes it easier to use deployment services such as Heroku which make the assumption that one app = one repo. It also avoids accidental cross-app merge conflicts.
I will create a Github organization under which all repos will be found.
