Fix URLs that should point to xmlschema-2 #368

This was necessary because the PR #358 don't get approved and was merged anyway The URLs that point to https://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema2/ are wrong and get 404 The URLs that point to https://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema11-2/ are the wrong version of XSD DataTypes and should not appear in AAS Spec
