Correct anyUri and PathType #299 #413

ChangLog is already correct but data types used in Metamodel and type PathType were still incorrectly defined.

anyUri shall not be used as type of PathType. Thus, anyUri is also not part of the basic data types used in the metamodel because this was the only type where anyUri was used.
