Fix editorial changes #441

Remove remaining "IDTA-01xxx_"-Prefixes in refs
Remove Imprint.adoc, as not used
Remove unused duplicated file "Metamodel_Designators - General.adoc"
Rename adoc files acc. to other spec parts
Merge IDTA-01001-3-1_working and resolve conflicts with it
