Add themethemeClientLibRef config pointing to ootb theme for 6.5 Adaptive Form Blank Template and Template Type (Core Component)
Add conditional inclusion of theme configuration in core component adaptive form template type for cloud service and 6.5
Updated title for core component adaptive form template type
