Documentation Change

Updated Installation terminology to differentiate between AMS for AEM and AMS for Magento and reference the CSE rather than SRE.

Also added a known issue with regards to Cloud Manager compatibility.

Also @jpritchard please rebase your PR for the readme on the latest master branch. The readme was updated in between. We already added the sentence "For AEM AMS customers the CIF Connector is installed like other AEM Feature Packs as it can not be deployed via Cloud Manager, please contact the SRE."
