EPIC: Jenkins maintenance

Creating this as an umbrella to tie all the jenkins activities together:

• [ ] LTS patch updates #lts
• [ ] Plugin audit
• [x] Improve management of jenkins "jobs" disk usage
• [ ] Utilise job restrictions plugin to improve build/test isolation.
• [x] Update matrix authorization plugin
• [ ] Look at process for script approvals
• [ ] Mitigate items recorded in Upguard
• [ ] Upgrade JREs used for jenkins agents to >= the jenkins controller
• [ ] Clear up of /home file system
• [ ] Look at config history space usage for job regeneration activites
• [ ] audit of remaining build jobs to keep disk usage on server in check
• [ ] Audit/clean up tabs
• [ ] Investigate exceptions on jenkins startup

Log warnings (=Potential security issues)

• [ ] Clearing up "Skipped Parameter" warnings in the system log
• [ ] Clean up exceptions from truncated build.xml files in the jenkins log
• [ ] Identify source of invalid crumb message
• [ ] Tidy up unused jenkins nodes which are not contactable over ssh
• [ ] OSUOSL controller hostname is no longer present
• [ ] completed or broken execution exceptions
• [ ] Exceptions in the jenkins log

You can run this over the logs to produce a summary of each type of entry failure from the log issues above (Number at the start of each line in the output is the issue number): jenkinslog-process.sh.txt
